What is ISO?
The standard forms the requirements for the application of ISO 9001 for
automotive production and relevant service part organizations.
Why does it matter to me, a fastener distributor, that Stelfast® is certified to ISO?
The certification benefits all of Stelfast’s
customers. ISO procedures and the culture
of continuous improvement that exists at
Stelfast®. What customers recognize is that they are not getting
errors in shipments. They’re not receiving short orders. And

What is IQNet?
Based on regular peer evaluations and on a
permanent world-wide co-operation all IQNet members have signed the
IQNet Multi-Lateral Agreement (MLA).
This means they mutually recognise the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and
various other certificates of all other IQNet partner as being
equivalent to their own. IQNet Certificates are the main evidence of
this international recognition.
