RETURN POLICY: No returns will be accepted without an authorization number provided by customer service where goods were purchased. Returned goods must be in their original containers. Goods subject to a 15% restocking charge.

CUSTOMER PART NUMBERS: Stelfast® does not certify to customer's part numbers.

MODIFICATION AND PLATING: Products which are modified or
altered in any way by sources other than Stelfast® are not returnable.<br>

SPECIAL ITEMS: All goods made to customer's sample or drawings
are subject to shipment of 10% over or under quantity ordered. Orders for special items or non-standard products cannot be cancelled, and are not subject for return.

CLAIMS: All claims, for any reason, must be in writing and received
by Stelfast® within 10 days from receipt of material. Stelfast's sole obligation for any and all claims, whether for breach of contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to Stelfast's replacing material that does not conform to specifications,or at Stelfast's option, to refund the purchase price of the material.

In no event shall Stelfast® have any liability for damages in connection
with the sale of goods in an amount exceeding the purchase price of
the materials sold, and Stelfast® shall have no liability for incidental or
consequential damages. The customer will indemnify and hold Stelfast®, Inc. safe and harmless againste any prosecution or suit arising from or prompted by the use of any products supplied by Stelfast®, Inc. Typographical and clerical errors are subject to correction.
